Roz's Cobb Salad

 

Ingredients

6 slices bacon
4 large eggs
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup black olives, sliced
1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
Salad dressing of choice


Directions

Boil eggs, peel and chop in large chunks.

Peel avocado and remove pit.  Slice and cut into large chunks.

Cook bacon and crumble.

Shred block cheddar cheese.

Wash and cut cherry tomatoes into halves.

Chop chicken breast into large chunks.

Slice black olives.

Shred iceberg lettuce and place on the bottom of large dish.  The arrange each of the other ingredients into rows as shown.  Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.  Serve with choice of salad dressing.
