Blue Cheese Salad Dressing

 

Ingredients

4 ounces blue cheese crumbles
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon dried dill
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 clove garlic, pressed
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Buttermilk, milk, or water, as necessary to thin - about 3/4 cup
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and stir to combine, breaking up blue cheese as you mix.  Store in refrigerator in air-tight container.
