Boiled Pig Feet

 



Ingredients

3 lbs. pig feet
3 tablespoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt
3 tablespoons onion powder
3 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
1 chopped onion
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
2 packets of sazon seasoning
1 chopped green bell pepper
7 cups water

Directions

Wash the pig feet. 

Put the pig feet in a large pot, along with the other ingredients.  Add water to pot, making sure pig feet are covered. 

Cook on medium to low heat for 4 hours or until tender.

The pig feet can be eaten alone with hot sauce, or as a side to a complete meal.
