Sauce

 

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup dill pickle relish
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in air-tight container and refrigerate.

NOTE: Because of the fresh herbs, the sauce should not be used after 3-4 days. You can cut this recipe in half if you are using the sauce for one meal for 2-3 people, therefore, most likely, there won't be any left over.
