Roz's So-Good Sauce

 

Ingredients

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup prepared mustard

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon sugar

 

Directions

 
Whisk all ingredients together until thoroughly blended.  Serve with seafood, chicken, beef or pork.  Also great with grilled vegetables and French fried potatoes.  Store in refrigerator. 

TIP:  Use less sugar for a tangier sauce.  Start with 1 teaspoon of sugar and gradually add up to 1 tablespoon, depending on individual taste.
