Pimento Cheese Spread 1

 




Ingredients

1 8-oz block extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
½ block Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, shredded
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 4.5 oz can chopped green chiles
1 4-oz jar diced pimento, drained
¼ cup poblano chile pepper, seeded and minced
½ cup onion, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


Directions

Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve as sandwiches on slices of bread, or serve as dip or spread with crackers or chips.



TIP 1: Recipe can be doubled.
TIP 2: Can be frozen. Remove from freezer and thaw at room temperature when ready to eat.
