Roz's Corn Dip

 

Ingredients

2 10-oz cans corn with peppers
1 can green chiles
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 chopped green bell pepper
4 stalks green onion, chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, optional
4-6 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled, optional

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator. Chill for 3-4 hours or overnight. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top of dip when ready to serve.  Serve with corn chips.
