Cajun Shrimp Dip

 

       Ingredients

8-oz cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 cups chopped green onions

1 teaspoon salt (optional, don't add if shrimp cooked in salted water)

1 cup mayonnaise

1 lb. boiled shrimp, chopped

Directions
 
Whip cream cheese until fluffy.  Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and blend well.  Add chopped shrimp and green onions and mix until well blended.  Refrigerate overnight.  Serve with crackers or chips.
