Cream Cheese Frosting

 

       Ingredients


1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 16-oz package powdered sugar, sifted
1 teaspoon vanilla or pineapple extract
Directions

 
Combine cream cheese and butter, beating until smooth.  Add powdered sugar and vanilla or pineapple extract; beat until light and fluffy.  Yield:  about 3 cups.
